"As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him." - Psalm 18:30

"Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, 'I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU.'" - Heb. 13:5.

Are we covetous? Are we content? Do we trust God? Is having God more important than having "things"?

Whatever things God supplies physically are adequate and good. (Cf. Matt. 6:33; I Tim. 6:3, 6; James 1:17). Contentment is learned. (Phil. 4: 11-12).  Contentment is faith at work. (Heb. 13:5).

Having enough or being content means having God and being satisfied with all that He supplies.
